Operational Platform / Service Management System

Bubble Clean

An operational platform built to manage cleaning services, clients, properties, cleaners, payments, reports, loyalty, referrals, and routes.

Bubble Clean started as a simple landing page and admin system. After the first discovery conversation, it became clear that the business needed more than a static website or a backend only the administrator could use.

The result was a self-supporting platform designed around three types of users: admin, client, and cleaner - each with its own role, workflow, and reason to interact with the system.

01

Context

A cleaning company needed a website and a management system to organize clients, properties, services, employees, and scheduled work.

The initial idea was straightforward: create a landing page and a separate admin area where the business owner could manage the operation. But once the workflow was mapped, the opportunity became much bigger.

Instead of building a system that depended entirely on the administrator, the platform was designed to let clients and cleaners participate directly in the process - creating a more transparent, useful, and scalable experience for everyone involved.

02

Challenge

The challenge was to move beyond a traditional admin panel.

The company needed a way to manage the operation internally, but also give clients access to their own properties, service history, payments, loyalty rewards, and service records.

Cleaners also needed a practical interface to check in, check out, track work, understand scheduled jobs, view estimated earnings, and follow a route sequence throughout the day.

03

Solution

I built a multi-role platform with dedicated experiences for admins, clients, and cleaners.

Admins can manage the full operation. Clients can control their properties, view scheduled and completed services, access payment links, review reports, see before-and-after photos, rate services, choose a preferred cleaner, and use loyalty or referral benefits.

Cleaners can access their own portal, check in and out of each property, track service time, view assigned jobs, manage estimated earnings, and use route planning connected to Google Maps.

What I Built

A reusable system of workflows, roles, and product logic.

Each module exists because it supports a real behavior inside the product, not because it looks good in a checklist.

Admin Operations Hub

A centralized area where the company can manage clients, properties, services, cleaners, scheduled jobs, and operational data.

Client Portal

A dedicated interface where clients can manage properties, access service history, review completed cleanings, and see details about what was done.

Service Reports

Reports showing service date, cleaning type, cleaner, total time, and before-and-after photos for each completed job.

Payment and Package Flow

Support for one-time cleaning payments and recurring packages, with payment links available inside the client panel.

Loyalty System

A points-based loyalty area where clients earn rewards as they continue using the service.

Referral System

Clients can invite new customers through a referral link and earn additional rewards while the referred customer remains active.

Cleaner Portal

A dedicated workspace for cleaners to view scheduled properties, check in, check out, track earnings, and manage their assigned work.

Intelligent Route Planning

A route workflow connected to Google Maps, allowing cleaners to view the houses they need to clean and check the route sequence for the day.

Preferred Cleaner Logic

Clients can define a preferred cleaner, helping the company create a more personal and consistent service experience.

Stack & Integrations

The technical foundation.

React

Frontend structure for the platform interfaces, including admin, client, and cleaner experiences.

TypeScript

Typed application logic to improve maintainability and reduce avoidable implementation errors.

Node.js

Backend logic for the platform, user roles, data operations, and service workflows.

Google Maps Integration

Used for cleaner route planning and daily job navigation.

Square Payment Links

Used to support payment access inside the client workflow.

Media Breakdown

Screens worth reviewing next.

These slots are ready for the final screenshots, videos, or diagrams when you want to replace the interface placeholders.

Admin Dashboard

The admin area centralizes clients, properties, cleaners, services, and scheduled work.

Client Property Management

Clients can manage their own properties and access service-related information without depending only on the administrator.

Service Report

Completed services include date, type of cleaning, cleaner, total time, and before-and-after records.

Cleaner Portal

Cleaners can check in, check out, view assigned jobs, and follow their daily workflow.

Route Planning

Route planning helps cleaners understand the day sequence of houses and available paths.

Outcome

What changed.

Bubble Clean became more than a website and admin panel.

The platform now supports the business operation, gives clients more control and visibility, and helps cleaners understand their work, schedule, and earning opportunities.

For the company, the system creates a clearer operational structure. For clients, it provides transparency and convenience. For cleaners, it makes the service flow easier to follow and more accountable.
